Our origins
Viajes Canarias Rural S.L. was founded in April 2003 as a travel agency specialising in rural tourism.
From our beginnings as a booking centre under the Gran Canaria Rural brand, we have grown to manage over 35 rural houses and tourist properties across Gran Canaria.
In 2004 we created the Casitas Canarias brand, expanding our portfolio to include properties in La Palma and other islands.

Gran Canaria Rural
Our first brand, Gran Canaria Rural, was our initial operation as a rural house booking centre on the island of Gran Canaria. We started with a selection of 10 properties and over the years have grown to over 35 rural and tourist properties.
Gran Canaria Rural properties are spread across different municipalities of the island: from the valleys of the north to the interior highlands and the most charming coastal areas. Each property is selected for its authenticity, quality and respect for its surroundings.

In 2004 we created Casitas Canarias, expanding our offer beyond Gran Canaria. Under this umbrella we incorporated accommodation in La Palma and other islands of the archipelago, responding to the demand of travellers who want to explore the full rural potential of the Canary Islands.
Casitas Canarias includes a diverse selection of charming rural houses and tourist properties, all chosen with criteria of quality, sustainability and respect for local culture and landscape.
